Let us help you navigate the application requirements. We offer planning services
that include reviewing and comparing program applications, creating education plans,
providing information about program competitiveness, and more.
Attend an Info Session
In this Zoom session, you'll find out which programs require applications and which
ones don't. You'll also learn how to create a course schedule that keeps multiple
career paths open. Plus, you'll learn about the timelines for each program, so you
can plan ahead with confidence.
Register to view upcoming session dates and to receive access information.
Scheduled Appointments
We ask all students to first attend an info session to answer initial questions. After
you鈥檝e attended a session, you will receive a link that you can use to schedule an
appointment with our Healthcare Planning Specialist if you have additional questions.
You can also chat with our virtual assistant, which has the answers to many commonly asked questions.
Drop-In Hours
Our Healthcare Planning Specialist also offers drop-in times. Drop-ins are great for
asking quick questions that you feel can be answered within a brief, five- to ten-minute
meeting. They are first-come, first-served and available in person or on Zoom. .

At the top of this page, you will find links to LBCC鈥檚 healthcare program webpages.
From the program page, select the "application guide" button. This will show you application
timelines, requirements, selection criteria, and more. If the guide shows old dates
or years, please check back soon. Updated information will be posted once the program
finalizes details for the next application cycle. The criteria may change between
cycles, so it's best to meet with us after reviewing the updated guide. We can help
you make any needed adjustments.
If you want to learn more about the other programs LBCC offers, visit LBCC鈥檚 Programs page. There are many great options available.

LBCC鈥檚 healthcare programs vary in competitiveness each year. The Diagnostic Imaging
and Nursing fields are very popular. These programs often get more than double the
qualified applications than available seats. Other programs, while usually less competitive,
also receive more applications than seats. Because of this, you may need to apply
more than once to get an admission offer.
|
You can apply to more than one healthcare program, but you can only accept one. If
you get offers from multiple programs, you must choose one and decline the others.
Advisors are available to help you compare your options, understand requirements,
and explore different programs and career paths. |

Yes. If you want to apply for admission next time, you must reapply during the next
application window.
Important note: application criteria may change between cycles. So, it's important
to review the updated application guide when it鈥檚 available. It's highly recommended
to also meet with an advisor to learn about any process changes.
