Working on Campus

The LBCC Student Employment Department is here to help you get connected to on-campus jobs and to help you gain the skills necessary for future job searches.

We offer one-on-one coaching to help you with resum茅 or interview skills as well as provide opportunities to apply for a variety of on-campus part-time jobs specifically for LBCC students. All student jobs are flexible and work around your class schedules. Our on-campus supervisors know that being a student comes first!

No experience? Resum茅 blank? No problem! Student jobs are also a great way to gain experience. There are a wide variety of job opportunities on campus including marketing, clerical aid, food service, athletics, and more!

There are two different kinds of positions available for student employees on campus:

Work Study

  • Must maintain a 2.0 GPA (unless you're new and don't have a GPA yet)
  • Must be enrolled in at least six credits for the current term
  • Can only work up to 20 hours a week
  • Must have financial aid in place

Learn and Earn

  • Must maintain a 2.0 GPA (unless you're new and don't have a GPA yet)
  • Must be enrolled in at least six credits for the current term
  • Can only work up to 20 hours a week
